What are specialty dining charges?
Specialty restaurants — steakhouses, sushi bars, Italian trattorias — typically carry a cover charge of $20 to $75 or more per person, separate from your included main dining room meals. Reservations open roughly 90 days before sailing and the best time slots fill quickly, so we book them for our clients as soon as the window opens.
